Position Overview
The Business Team at RLWRLD is the driving force behind bringing our groundbreaking Physical AI technologies to the global market and identifying strategic growth opportunities.
In this role, you will lead the development of strategic partnerships with top-tier global enterprises, initiate and manage Proof-of-Concept (PoC) projects that showcase the value of our technology, and build data partnerships to advance our Robotics Foundation Model (RFM). You will also spearhead business development efforts with leading global Big Tech firms and research institutions working with RLWRLD across both R&D and business functions.
You will play a key role in shaping RLWRLD’s growth strategy through in-depth market analysis across the AI, robotics, and data ecosystems—helping us strengthen our global competitiveness and unlock new markets.
The RLWRLD Business Team is made up of professionals with diverse backgrounds in global strategy consulting, investment banking, multinational corporations, and top-tier manufacturing and technology firms. Our team brings expertise in strategy, business development, large-scale transformation, operational consulting, and frontier technologies in robotics and AI.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic partnerships and PoC (Proof-of-Concept) projects with global top-tier companies, including planning, project management, and execution
- Identify and engage global prospects and partners to build and expand strategic collaborations
- Drive alignment and collaboration across internal teams (e.g., Tech, Product) and RLWRLD’s international offices
- Conduct deep market research and deliver strategic insights across global demand industries, humanoid & robotics markets, and the broader AI ecosystem
Required Qualifications
- Open to candidates ranging from entry-level to those with up to 15 years of experience
- Experience in global business development within AI, robotics, SaaS, or other deep tech sectors
- Experience contributing to global projects at business professional firms (e.g., strategy consulting, investment banking)
- Experience launching global go-to-market initiatives and leading B2B sales at startups or corporates
- Native-level proficiency in at least one of the following languages: English, Chinese, or Japanese
- Strong problem-solving skills with both structured thinking and operational execution
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to take initiative and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment
