Position Overview


The RX (Robot Transformation) is the first critical bridge that connects RLWRLD’s Robotics Foundation Model (RFM) to real-world industrial sites—solving complex problems and delivering unprecedented value.


This role is a “Solution Architect” who proposes Physical AI solutions to tackle automation challenges faced by clients and designs the implementation strategy and execution roadmap. We are looking for someone eager to shape the future of industries and pioneer new markets with world-class technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities where RLWRLD’s RFM can be applied and propose tailored automation solutions
  • Analyze customer's operations, including tasks, objects, and working environments on the shop floor
  • Design automation strategies and mid-to-long-term masterplans based on robotics solutions
  • Conduct feasibility and ROI analysis from technical, operational, and financial perspectives
  • Prepare strategic reports and presentations for client executives and on-site teams
  • Analyze trends in robotics hardware, sensors, market shifts, and competitors
  • Support downstream phases such as data collection and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) execution



Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher (STEM majors preferred)
  • Experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Technical sales in manufacturing sectors (e.g., automotive, semiconductor, electronics, chemicals)
  • Operational efficiency or automation projects in consulting firms (e.g., production optimization, process/facility improvement, line automation, labor cost reduction)
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written)
  • Interest in evolving into broader business development roles beyond operations consulting



Preferred Qualifications

  • Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese (spoken & written)
  • Degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering)
  • Deep knowledge of industrial automation systems (e.g., industrial robots, cobots, AMRs/AGVs)
  • Experience in smart factory projects (e.g., MES, SCM, PLM systems)



Working Conditions

  • Work Location: 561 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (RUBINA Building, Yeoksam-dong)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Probationary Period
  • A three-month probationary period will apply upon employment.
  • During this period, your work attitude and performance will be evaluated.
  • Depending on the evaluation results, the probationary period may be extended or the employment offer may be withdrawn.
