Position Overview


This position collaborates closely with RLWRLD’s Business Development and Strategic Projects Team to research the latest trends in the AI and robotics industries and support the company’s strategic initiatives, including national R&D projects, PoC planning, and demo scenario development.


We are looking for a highly motivated individual eager to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of technology and business strategy on the frontlines of Physical AI.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the domestic and global AI & robotics market
  • Support the preparation of materials for key partners in Japan, as well as other domestic and international stakeholders
  • Assist in preparing business strategies and reports related to AI, deep tech, and startups



Required Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 level or higher)
  • Undergraduate junior or senior, graduating students, or recent graduates
  • Strong interest in AI, robotics, startups, or technology management, with a growth mindset and ability to learn quickly



Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in both English and Korean (for global collaboration and meetings)
  • Previous experience in AI/robotics-related research or projects
  • Academic background in CS, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or AI
  • Internship experience in startups, consulting, or tech companies



Working Conditions

  • Duration: 3–6 months (Full-time offer may follow based on performance)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (Flexible start time negotiable)
  • Location: B1 & 3F, RUBINA Building, 561 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Korea
  • Occasional business trips to Japan may be required.
