Position Overview
The Business Project Manager role at RLWRLD bridges cutting-edge AI Robotics technologies with the company’s strategic goals—spanning PoC initiatives, business development, and national R&D programs.
This position translates complex customer and partner requirements, as well as new R&D initiatives, into clear business and technical objectives. You will design and manage projects from a business perspective, build and lead consortiums, and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilites
- Identify new business opportunities such as national R&D projects or strategic PoCs, and develop priority roadmaps and proposal strategies
- Analyze government/public RFPs and client RFIs, and independently prepare high-quality proposals and business plans
- Plan and implement data-driven infrastructures and simulation frameworks to support business and technical objectives
- Plan and support major technical demos, showcases, and promotional events
- Form and manage consortiums (SI partners, research institutes, etc.) to achieve project objectives
- Coordinate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams (executives, technical teams) to align expectations and ensure project success
Required Qualifications
- 3–10 years of experience in project management or business planning within B2B technology sectors (AI, robotics, automation, SaaS, etc.)
- Proven experience independently preparing and winning government/national R&D proposals based on RFPs
- Experience planning and executing B2B technology-based projects such as PoCs, demos, or exhibitions
- Experience designing data collection/analysis systems and simulation models, or establishing quantitative performance metrics during business planning or PoC processes
- Ability to quickly understand complex AI/robotics technologies and structure them into clear, persuasive documentation (proposals, business plans)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with enterprise clients, SI partners, and research institutes
- Strong problem definition and structured problem-solving skills for ambiguous or undefined challenges
- Excellent collaboration and coordination skills across diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience planning or managing AI, machine learning, robotics, or factory automation projects
- Experience leading or managing large-scale national R&D projects (₩1B+ scale)
- Experience managing technology-based B2B projects for enterprise clients
- Ability to work proactively and flexibly in a fast-paced deep-tech startup environment
- Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese
