Position Overview
RLWRLD is a fast-growing Physical AI company operating in a global technology landscape. We place strong emphasis on communication capabilities that effectively convey our technology and brand story to audiences worldwide. We are looking for a communicator who can design the brand’s voice and connect meaningfully with a global audience.
This role is responsible for managing RLWRLD’s PR and global social media channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube) and plays a key role in building brand awareness and credibility across international markets.
Key Responsibilites
- Manage and operate global social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, and YouTube, including content planning and distribution
- Create content aligned with PR messaging and brand tone & voice (in collaboration with design and video resources when needed)
- Reframe product updates, technical stories, and company news from a global audience perspective
- Lead real-time communication on X (formerly Twitter), including trend monitoring and active participation
- Analyze content performance and derive insights (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Business, Product, Leadership) to align communication messages
- Support collaboration with external partners such as agencies or creators when necessary
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in PR, marketing, or social media management
- Proven experience managing global social media channels such as LinkedIn and X
- Strong communication skills in both Korean and English (sufficient for operating global channels)
- Ability to structure brand messages and translate them into compelling narratives
- Strategic thinking beyond execution — able to clearly articulate why specific content is created

- Strong interest in technology, AI, and the startup ecosystem, with a willingness to continuously learn
