Position Overview


The RX (Robot Transformation) is the first critical bridge that connects RLWRLD’s Robotics Foundation Model (RFM) to real-world industrial sites—solving complex problems and delivering unprecedented value.


This role is a “Solution Architect” who proposes Physical AI solutions to tackle automation challenges faced by clients and designs the implementation strategy and execution roadmap. We are looking for someone eager to shape the future of industries and pioneer new markets with world-class technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify business opportunities where RLWRLD’s RFM can be applied and propose tailored automation solutions
  • Analyze customer's operations, including tasks, objects, and working environments on the shop floor
  • Conduct feasibility and ROI analysis from technical, operational, and financial perspectives
  • Assist strategic reports and presentations for client executives and on-site teams
  • Analyze trends in robotics hardware, sensors, market shifts, and competitors
  • Research and analysis of robotics-based process automation
  • Support downstream phases such as data collection and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) execution



Required Qualifications

  • Junior or higher undergraduate students, graduating students, or recent graduates
  • Majors in engineering or STEM fields (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering), or business-related majors with a strong understanding of AI and robotics
  • Strong logical, structured problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • A hands-on mindset and a passion for solving complex, real-world challenges on-site
  • High interest in AI, robotics, startups, and technology management (MOT), with the ability and willingness to learn and grow rapidly
  • Ability to conduct research and produce well-structured documentation (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Notion) based on logical reasoning



Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Students majoring in engineering or STEM fields (e.g., mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering)
  • Internship or project experience in operations-related roles at strategy or operations consulting firms (e.g., production optimization, process/facility improvement, line automation, labor cost optimization)
  • Internship or project experience in manufacturing industries (e.g., automotive, semiconductor, electronics, chemicals)
  • Experience in Consulting or operations-related academic societies or student organizations
  • Business-level proficiency in English or Japanese (spoken & written)



Working Conditions

  • Duration: 3–6 months (Full-time offer may follow based on performance)
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00 (Flexible start time negotiable)
  • Location: Client site
