RLWRLD is a leading Physical AI company developing a Robotics Foundation Model (RFM) that enables robots to perceive, reason, and act in the real world like humans.

Building on deep research capabilities in AI and robotics and a strong data collaboration network with industrial partners in Japan, Korea, and beyond, RLWRLD is rapidly advancing our RFM to enable precise manipulation by high-degree-of-freedom robotic hands. The company is also collaborating with world-class research groups and partners in robotics and sensor solutions to develop AI models that can be practically deployed across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and services.

Having raised approximately KRW 60 billion in cumulative seed funding from leading domestic and global venture capital firms and major corporations, RLWRLD continues to attract exceptional talent who are eager to drive innovation across AI, robotics technology, and business.

Position Overview

The Strategy team within the Operations Team is responsible for RLWRLD’s technology strategy and both internal and external communications.

This role focuses on:

  • Connecting the context between technology and strategy across R&D, business, and executive leadership
  • Structuring the value of our technology and communicating it effectively to investors, partners, and the market
  • Analyzing the competitive landscape and framing our technological differentiation clearly
  • Producing strategic deliverables such as technical white papers, benchmark frameworks, and IR (Investor Relations) materials

You will work closely with the CSO and another Technical Strategist, moving fluidly across research, analysis, documentation, and execution. The core expectation is the ability to quickly identify what needs to be done and execute it efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy Research & Analysis

  • Review robotics/AI research papers and monitor technology trends to analyze the competitive landscape
  • Define real-world problems that robots must solve in industrial settings and structure them into technical requirements
  • Research benchmark methodologies and evaluation frameworks that demonstrate the differentiation of our technology

2. Internal & External Communication

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including R&D, Business, and PR to gather strategic context
  • Collect updates on ongoing research and PoC projects and synthesize them for leadership and external stakeholders
  • Support preparation for global partner and investor meetings and manage follow-up actions

3. AI-Native Strategy Operations

  • Maximize research and documentation productivity using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
  • Identify repetitive operational processes and improve efficiency through automation or workflow redesign
  • Build dashboards and analytical tools to visualize information and support data-driven decision making

4. Strategic Documents & Presentation Materials

  • Write and maintain strategic documents such as IR decks, technical white papers, and competitive analysis reports
  • Prepare strategy briefs and internal updates to support decision-making
  • Draft narratives and structure responses to external inquiries from investors and partners
  • Create presentation decks that make technical concepts easier to understand

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to understand the essence of technology and communicate it effectively to different audiences
  • Degree in an engineering-related field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
  • Ability to quickly read and extract key insights from technical documents or research papers
  • Clear and concise communication skills tailored to the audience
  • Self-driven mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and execute efficiently
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to creatively improve real-world work productivity

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with projects or research in Robotics, Computer Vision, or ML/AI
  • Strategy or planning experience in consulting, VC, or startups
  • Experience writing IR materials, business plans, technical reports, or academic papers
  • Experience building and deploying tools or services (e.g., through vibe coding)
  • Experience using coding CLI tools such as Claude Code
  • Business-level English communication skills

Ideal Persona

  • Someone comfortable moving between technology and business: able to read research papers and build presentation decks
  • Able to convincingly explain why a technology matters, even to non-technical audiences
  • Interested in gaining broad experience from strategy to execution within a fast-growing startup
  • Curious and excited about the rapid evolution of AI tools, and motivated to use them to produce tangible results
  • Prefers building quickly to ~80% completion and iterating with feedback rather than waiting for perfect analysis
  • Wants to expand their career direction by gaining diverse experience across strategy, technology, and communication

Working Conditions

  • Work Location: 561 Seolleung-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (RUBINA Building, Yeoksam-dong)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Probationary Period
  • A three-month probationary period will apply upon employment.
  • During this period, your work attitude and performance will be evaluated.
  • Depending on the evaluation results, the probationary period may be extended or the employment offer may be withdrawn.

How to Apply

  • Application Materials
  • Resume in English or Korean
  • (optional) Portfolio, research materials, or project documents showcasing your capabilities
  • Application Deadline: Rolling basis

Hiring Process

  • Document Screening → 1st Interview → 2nd Interview → Final Offer
  • Candidates who pass the document screening will be contacted individually.
  • Additional interview rounds may be conducted if necessary.
