Position Overview
The Strategy team within the Operations Team is responsible for RLWRLD’s technology strategy and both internal and external communications.
This role focuses on:
Connecting the context between technology and strategy across R&D, business, and executive leadership
Structuring the value of our technology and communicating it effectively to investors, partners, and the market
Analyzing the competitive landscape and framing our technological differentiation clearly
Producing strategic deliverables such as technical white papers, benchmark frameworks, and IR (Investor Relations) materials
You will work closely with the CSO and another Technical Strategist, moving fluidly across research, analysis, documentation, and execution. The core expectation is the ability to quickly identify what needs to be done and execute it efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technology Strategy Research & Analysis
Review robotics/AI research papers and monitor technology trends to analyze the competitive landscape
Define real-world problems that robots must solve in industrial settings and structure them into technical requirements
Research benchmark methodologies and evaluation frameworks that demonstrate the differentiation of our technology
2. Internal & External Communication
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including R&D, Business, and PR to gather strategic context
Collect updates on ongoing research and PoC projects and synthesize them for leadership and external stakeholders
Support preparation for global partner and investor meetings and manage follow-up actions
3. AI-Native Strategy Operations
Maximize research and documentation productivity using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor)
Identify repetitive operational processes and improve efficiency through automation or workflow redesign
Build dashboards and analytical tools to visualize information and support data-driven decision making
4. Strategic Documents & Presentation Materials
Write and maintain strategic documents such as IR decks, technical white papers, and competitive analysis reports
Prepare strategy briefs and internal updates to support decision-making
Draft narratives and structure responses to external inquiries from investors and partners
Create presentation decks that make technical concepts easier to understand
Required Qualifications
Ability to understand the essence of technology and communicate it effectively to different audiences
Degree in an engineering-related field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.)
Ability to quickly read and extract key insights from technical documents or research papers
Clear and concise communication skills tailored to the audience
Self-driven mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and execute efficiently
Experience using AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to creatively improve real-world work productivity
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with projects or research in Robotics, Computer Vision, or ML/AI
Strategy or planning experience in consulting, VC, or startups
Experience writing IR materials, business plans, technical reports, or academic papers
Experience building and deploying tools or services (e.g., through vibe coding)
Experience using coding CLI tools such as Claude Code
Business-level English communication skills
